My Visage
I design and build software, with particular emphasis on usability. I have training and experience in meeting with clients and understanding their work processes and culture so that we can design software that solves their real business problems and fits into the way they work without undue disruption or user resistance.
On this blog I write articles that seek to remove the pain from software development: whether that be usability and HCI to make sure that the effort isn’t wasted, or particular problems I’ve solved whose solutions are not clearly documented on the web.
